Step 1
An asphalt overlay is installed using quality equipment

  

Step 2
A wire mesh grid is placed on the hot asphalt to create the desired imprint
 

Step 3
Using a plate compactor, the template is imprinted into the hot asphalt

  

Step 4
Necessary adjustments are made to the templates to keep the pattern in correct alignment
 

Step 5
Precision hand tooling is done to achieve proper imprint depth

  

Step 6
A protective coating is applied providing color, protection, and added durability
