Linda Kreider, Director of Human Resources
Linda Kreider started with B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. in 1977, with the responsibilities of payroll, employee benefits and equipment recordkeeping. Linda was later promoted to Director of Human Resources overseeing HR compliance, payroll and employee benefits.

Linda is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. She serves on the Workforce Investment Board of Lancaster County and is a member of the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center Highway Construction Occupational Advisory Committee and the LCCTC Foundation Board. In addition, she is a member of the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management and the Society for Human Resource Management. Linda is a member of Lititz Mennonite Church and resides in Manheim with her husband, Jim. They have three children, Faith, Heidi, and Jim.
