Michael W. Fecik, President/CFO
Michael W. Fecik started with B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. in 1996 as controller, then was promoted to Vice President of Finance, and most recently held the position of CFO.  Prior to this, Fecik held accounting positions with Wohlsen Construction; Advanced Design Systems, a division of Day and Zimmerman; and Durawood Products, Inc.  He holds a degree from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia.  He is past president of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), a member of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), a member of The Executive Committee, a committee member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 102, and a member of Manheim Township Band Boosters.  He is married to Deborah and has two sons:  Michael II and Jonathan.  He resides in Manheim Township.
