A LEED Innovation Credit was recently approved for projects that have a sufficient percentage of their contractor/subcontractor building force that was Green Advantage Certified at the time of construction.
"Green Advantage" is the Environmental Certification Program that staffs projects with construction personnel who have demonstrated their knowledge in green building practices and LEED.

The Dauphin County Conservation District in Dauphin County created a demonstration plot showcasing
the many options of pervious surfaces that are available to be installed to meet the new federal storm water regulations Best Management Practices (BMP's) and pollution prevention requirements. B.R. Kreider & Son provided
a team to manage and install the various types of pavement materials.
