Job Description

Interested in bringing your professional paving experience to the leading paving company in Central PA? B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Paving Foreman with at least 2-5 years of paving and excavating experience who can manage and coordinate daily activities of a paving crew.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities of paving crew
  • Monitor and manage materials to meet company & customer expectations
  • Properly plan and lay out projects for maximum efficiency and production
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees
 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • CDL (Class A Preferred)
  • 2-5 years of paving experience
  • Ability to operate paving equipment including screed
