Manheim, PA – B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc., an excavating, paving and site management company based in Manheim, PA, recently announced the expansion of responsibilities for Doug Hottenstein and Josh Delp.
Hottenstein has been named Director of Project Management & IT, with the IT oversight added to his Director of Project Management role. Hottenstein joined B.R. Kreider & Son in 1997 as an equipment operator.
Delp, who has been with B.R. Kreider & Son for over 12 years, was promoted to the position of Project Manager. Delp began as an equipment operator and his previous roles included Foreman and then Site Supervisor.
“Both Doug and Josh bring a tremendous amount of experience to their positions and having both started as equipment operators I think gives them extremely valuable insight and understanding about the backbone of our company,” said Brent Kreider, President of B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc.
“Doug continues to be excellent in overseeing our project management area and we’re excited that he will now bring his experience to our IT group,” said Kreider. “And we think Josh’s knowledge, experience, skill set and commitment to our customers make him ideally suited for his new Project Manager role.”
