B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. is pleased to announce that at the end of the work day on Monday September 15, 2014 we achieved a safety milestone! “Team Kreider” has achieved 365 days without a lost time injury!
A safe work environment does not occur by chance. It requires everyone’s close attention to detail and open avenues of communication between management and employee to reach this milestone.
All of our team members are expected and encouraged to participate in the safety program activities which include; reporting jobsite hazards, attending weekly toolbox talks and reporting unsafe work behaviors.
