Job Description

Do you have Estimating Experience in Site Management?  Do you enjoy the successful take-off and estimate of a customer's project?  If so, this may be the position for you.  This full-time position comes with benefits including health, dental, vision, LTD, Life, STD, matching 401K plan, vacation, holidays and much more.  

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare accurate estimating of materials, equipment and personnel on excavating projects
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business
• Ability to request, receive, and understand bid drawings and specifications
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates using HCSS
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, blueprints, specifications and purchase orders
• Ability to solicit material and subcontractor quotes
• Ability to meet and maintain customer, client, contractor, supplier, engineer and architect relationship standards
• Ability to assist with bid presentation to client

Experience & Qualifications

• 2 Years Estimating Experience Required
• Experience in Site Management Estimating Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
